New Pediatric Neurorehabilitation Project

HORKEST Group, HUMA Foundation and Civil Society, joined forces and have created a pediatric neurorehabilitation project, where the latest physiotherapy techniques are offered, with the best equipment and specialists. Understanding the need in Mexico to improve care for children with disabilities, offering better and innovative treatments with the latest technology.

A new approach: Uniting science and experience.

Our project was born from the approach of Gaby Perez, mother of Lolo, who suffers from cerebral palsy. For 12 years they have tried different types of therapies in various rehabilitation centers inside and outside the country. In her continuous search to continue helping Lolo, Gaby approaches Horkest sharing her concerns and experience with technicians and physiotherapists, with the intention of creating a new model of neurehabilitation that would bring together all these features in one place.

Working hand in hand with Horkest Group (leaders in Latin America in academic innovation and health services) and HUMA Foundation we have managed to join forces to offer a unique neurorehabilitation service in Mexico supported by a multidisciplinary team of therapists certified in innovative techniques, at the best facilities (RECOVERY), connected to the academic community and with the support of Fundación HUMA with which we will support families with limited resources.
